The old and new board of the KyDD
On the occasion of the regular general meeting on May 29, 2021, the elections for the board, other functionaries and committees were also due.
The recognition of the work and performance of the past years and months is expressed in the result:
The entire board was confirmed in office by the members, who were elected by secret ballot.
Heiko Wagner commented on our club magazine inside KyDD:
"It is a very good feeling to know that we can continue our work with a great and very committed team. Everyone on the board works on a voluntary basis and spends a lot of free time to develop the association and to be there for its members. As a veteran (laughs) and longstanding chairman of the KyDD, I am very grateful that I know so many people who support me. "

Opinion on the article of the IG Gesunde Dogge
A few days ago an article about the KyDD and individual members appeared on the IG Gesunde Dogge website. We do not want to and cannot leave this uncommented, as it is not intended to serve the objective discussion, but only aims to discredit the KyDD and its members.

We urge you to observe these points and thank you for your understanding!
The first litter "From The House Of Deer"
The breeder wrote us this text and we didn't edit it because it is a wonderful example of the solidarity, the collegiality and the friendship of our members:
"Our puppies saw the light of day on January 17th, 2021 two days late.
It was very, very exciting because it was the first litter for us.
The first was the black female, Amy (718g), she came at 4 a.m., an Isabel male with blue currents, Aston (620g) followed at 5.35 a.m., Atilla (666g) came at 7.16 a.m., a blue male and a brindle bitch , Amber (760g) brought up the rear at 10:42 am. This birth was a little more difficult and lasted 20 minutes.
Since then there has been a lot of action 24/7, but we also have a lot of fun with the little ones.
Andrea Gilmer, Anja Wittmann and Nils Brumund were always at our side for questions and advice.
I even called Nils on video at 4 a.m. to make sure we were doing everything right!
Anja was there 1 week later for the litter acceptance. The little ones are all healthy and well and weigh between 2480g and 3005g after 22 days! "
A love wedding ...
Jelle from the house of Rawert and Ans-Peter from the Bentheimer Wald have known each other from an early age and so there was a "fascinatingly harmonious mating act", which Marion Rawert describes as a real love wedding. The puppies from this great connection are expected around February 16, 2021.

December children expected ...
Sylva Gehrmann's kennel "vom Ganschower Land" is expecting his G-litter at the beginning of December and is looking forward to healthy and happy puppies. Her husband Bernd faces special tasks again: He provides his wife with coffee and food (we heard, preferably fried eggs) when Sylva spends the nights in the litter box. So if you are looking for a great mastiff puppy, you should make an appointment now for the first few weeks of December. Great Danes from the Ostseefjord reports offspring
Up north, at Sabrina Schröder's, 10 enchanting little puppies saw the light of day. The proud breeder answered the question about special characteristics like this: "None, except that they are all beautiful!" We don't want to add anything to that. Herstallturm expects a new litter
Andrea and Frank Gilmer are happy and expect puppies from a, as you can see, wonderful relationship around October 18, 2020. Interested parties can find all information about the kennel and the expected litter at www.herstallturm.de.
Club Winner Show Czech Republic 2020
That was a very strong and extremely successful performance by the KyDD troupe, which took home a total of 7 club winners' titles.
In addition to these successes, it is particularly noteworthy that they all wear a mouth and nose mask, although this was not mandatory in the Czech Republic at the time. Simply exemplary!
New to the club - but powerful!
You can move a lot on your own, but everything is much more fun in a group.
So we see, Stephanie Handke with Warus from the Kupferhütte and Claudia Rohland with her mastiffs from Gut Stepprath, that.
It's great that only a few kilometers separate us, because this way we can explore many areas together and make a difference with our concentrated presence. On some days you can meet 9 Great Danes at the same time.
We can read astonishment and enthusiasm in the faces of people we meet. The boys and girls, our dogs, know how to behave naturally. We enjoy the tours together, the exchange and the often cheerful conversations.
